This Privacy Policy describes how CongTuyen VIP ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Sliding Puzzle mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of information:
- Photos you choose: When you use the "Pick from Gallery" feature, the App accesses a photo you explicitly select. The photo is processed locally on your device to create the puzzle and is never uploaded to our servers.
- Device information: General device information (device model, OS version, language) collected automatically by third-party SDKs for analytics and advertising purposes.
- Advertising identifiers: Your device's advertising ID (IDFA / GAID) may be collected by our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to serve relevant ads.
- Purchase information: When you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment details — only confirmation that a purchase was completed.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the App's features and performance.
- To display advertisements through Google AdMob.
- To process and verify in-app purchases.
- To understand how users interact with the App (aggregated, non-personal analytics).
3. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob – displays ads. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Apple App Store / Google Play – handles in-app purchases. See their respective privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
4. Data Storage and Security
Photos selected by you are processed entirely on your device and are not stored or transmitted anywhere. Puzzle progress and settings are stored locally on your device using the device's storage (SQLite database). We implement commercially reasonable security measures, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- Ad personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads via your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Photo access: You can revoke the App's access to your photo library at any time in your device's settings.
- Data deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
