Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Sliding Puzzle application ("App") operated by CongTuyen VIP ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App.
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., premium photo packs). Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Refund requests must be made directly through Apple App Store or Google Play using their respective refund processes.

4. User-Provided Content

When you use the photo-from-gallery feature, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the selected image. You retain ownership of any photos you select. The App processes your photos locally and does not upload them.

5. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad-free experience may be available through an in-app purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including but not limited to artwork, graphics, music, software, and photo packs provided by us — is owned by CongTuyen VIP or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any App content outside the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CongTuyen VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
